my husband is still very upset. He said he lil nose looks hamburger. I really don't think it looks that bad. He went out and got her some "New Skin" glue skin adhesive. I think it looks much better than yesterday. Any one else ever use this "New Skin" stuff? I think it is wonderful.

Although it smells terrible, it seems to work to help things heal. The smell, for those who don't know, reminds me of nail polish. It isn't nail polish, but some sort of flexible membrane when it dries. Anyway, I recommend it as something to go in your first aid kit if you have one. (And, of course, you should have one.)

I have some of that New Skin stuff in the medicine cabinet, but I can't remember the last time I used it. I hope that it is keeping your daughters little hamburger nose clean and dry so that it will heal nicely.

Aww! I hope her little nose heals before school starts. Wouldn't want the other kids nicknaming her rudolph because that kind of stuff sticks. I haven't used he new skin thing I am wanting to though. I keep trying to get my hubby to get some. But since you give it a good recommendation by saying you think it is wonderful I will check it out first trip back to the store.

I've never heard of it but it sounds interesting! Is it just for scapes or can it go on anything? My 3 year old got bug bites all over his face (while with MIL and FIL at a family reunion) and being a 3 year old, he keeps scratching them and won't leave band-aids on. He's starting to look like a teenager in need of clearasil.

Haven't heard of it. Maybe, they're just out there sitting in the medicine rack of pharmacies. Or it might not be available in my country/area. I hope your daughter is okey now.

Aww! I'm sorry to hear that she hurt herself. Good thing is that noses heal really well! I got an awful rugburn falling down the stairs on mine and it took awhile to heal, but you can't tell anything happened, now. The NuSkin stuff is awesome! I wish they'd have had it when I was a kid. I've had a couple of injuries where it's been sooo much better than a bandaid or other bandage. Hope her nose is better soon!

I haven't tried it yet but I know people who have and it works great! Much better than a band aid. I hope your daughter feels better!
