do you believe in god?

iam not believing in god because my religion is buddhism.. but most of my friends in Russia also not believing in god.. i think its right.. because i believe god cant give us nothing.. my friends also told me we just praying for god, but god gives us nothing. what are your opinions about that?
is really god can change people's lives? or can do something for people if they pray?
if not, why people believe in god? is it a myth?

Yes i believe in God.you should believe in yourself.God can change peoples life when they pray.you should pray without having doubt to receive blessings from God.

once one of my friend's mother and he prayed for god to pass his exam, he's an Indian. but he failed exam..

God isn't a magic genie who is there to just grant your wishes and be at your command. And God is not a substitute for studying hard and doing your best. You cannot decide there is no God based on your friend's experience with his exam. That is not what or who God is all about. I am sorry you don't believe in Him, because He believes in you.

i believe in god.i believe in god not because i want god to give me what i want or listen to my prayers or anything like that.i believe in god not because of the expectations.
i believe that there is somebody watching over me somebody helping me when i am down somebody that gives me hope for a better tomorrow,and that somebody is god.
it is all about faith.

I believe in an all encompassing, Mother Earth, benevolent God. I pray daily and my friends have varied spiritual beliefs and practices. For those wanting it, there is enough proof of a higher power to be had and for those that don't want it, there is the choice to dispute the evidence. If what we believe makes us stronger, better people then what is to dispute?

Are you searching for God? If you are truly searching for Him, you will find Him. He will make Himself known to you. Whatever your choice, you cannot let other people be the reason for your decision because people are so imperfect and God is perfect and holy. Each individual has his or her own experience concerning God and the opinions can vary for as many people as there are living. You have to do your own searching and praying and asking God to show you the truth. If you really and sincerely want to know, He will reveal the truth to you. But you have to be willing and really want to know the truth. You will then find out as your relationship with Him grows, that you will understand that getting what you want out of Him isn't what it is all about. Ultimately it is about your forever and where you want to spend it. There is a heaven and there is a hell. This life on this earth is temporary. Eternity is forever. Not everyone has a long life to explore their options. Don't wait too long.
