Seems like yesterday, when I joined here. And it's going to be my natal day on Friday. So I decided to give a new look with my profile, personally and on here. I already started with my new avatar here. Anybody recognized the picture? Well to those who have no idea and interested, I have included some information which I have searched for and wanted to share with you.
[i]Lapu-Lapu, formerly Opon, is named after the famous Chief Lapulapu, who is believed to have killed the Portuguese navigator Ferdinand Magellan when he arrived on the east coast of Mactan Island in 1521.
Lapu-Lapu, chartered city of the central Philippines, in Cebu Province, on the western coast of Mactan Island.
Lapu-Lapu is a port and industrial center noted for its thermal installations, which burn petroleum for energy; corn and flour milling; fishing; and handmade guitars. The Mactan International Airport is located adjacent to Lapu-Lapu, as is the Mactan Export Processing Zone (MEPZ), an industrial tax-free zone that opened in 1979. The MEPZ includes approximately 35 business ventures, about 50 percent of which are Japanese-owned. Tourism is also important in Lapu-Lapu; visitors are drawn to the excellent beaches and coral reefs of eastern Mactan.[/i]

So your natal day here is marked by a new Aviatar! Cheers! Well I know Lapu-lapu killed Magellan that's why back my elementary days and that's long time ago/lol! So you are from the city of Lapu-lapu! Great! I believe you are as brave as the hero!

, when it comes to hero thing we are lot of them here in the Philippines. You have a very nice picture of the Hero Lapu-Lapu. did you take that yourself? I am already 7 months old but i am not that active thats why my posts is only 600+

Yea,,,I miss this place especially the food house near there named " walay problema" LOL! I do know if I remember it right! Been there 2 times for our tour before!
It's indeed a great place and I am looking forward to visit again! LOL!

i can't remember if that still exists. anyway, the place had undergone some make-up since last year or so. and almost every year, they come up of different new ideas to pull more tourists, in time of the April festival. i hope you can back here soon.

I like your new avatar. I have been here almost four months as well. Time really flies sometimes. i like to my lot almost eveyday and like to talk about diffenet topics. i dont know much about the Phillipines. I used to work with someone who lived there when she was a teenager. She grew up overseas and enjoyed it.

congratulations on being here for four months... yes, time flies really fast when you are here in mylot... i'm glad that you had passed the 500th milestones and still hanging on here... i've been here for almost 2 years now and i enjoy it more and more by each day... keep on posting and responding here... take care and have a nice day...

yeah time passes really fast..wen i started my A levels it was for two years...at start i thought that 2 years is more then enough.. but now i m waiting for my second year exam...and it just looks that i started my alevels yesterday...
Even i remember my class 1 things now....and it really seems a story of yesterday
thats how`s life goes...
