Is there anyone on this group that believes in Devine Healing? Have you ever seen it performed? Have you ever been healed by the power of God? Art

Absolutely. You asked three questions, so you get three "yesses" but do you mean Divine, don't you? I also believe in divination. These terms come from the same source.

Well I spelled it "Divine" and the spelling check corrected it to "Devine".

I believe in Divine Healing if it is done by God or people God sends. I think it is very rare. In fact I'm sure that most people who are disabled who are meant to be disabled as part of their divine purpose. As a disability rights activist I have encountered all too often those fake healers. I mean the people that are on the church channel saying, "We'll heal you if you send us $500." These people have no more power than a manhole yet they always keep bothering me. In one case I actually had to tell one of them, "Get away from me or I will call the police." They always find me at really inappropriate moments, not that having your personhood assaulted is ever appropriate. For example I mean, they find me at the mall, the grocery, outside my church where they make me cry. I think these people are horrible and make God angry. I would certainly be angry if someone was telling creatures I created that they were imperfect the way they were made. Secretly I think that these sort of people have a special place reserved for them in Hell.

I agree with you. I to believe people like you describe will have a lot of explaining to do some day. I have run into a few of them myself. I have been disabled for the past 30 years. It doesn't take long for me to get rid of people like that. Their own loved ones dying and they sit powerless to prevent it but they tell me they can heal me. I just don't buy it. My being disabled has served God's purpose for me. He has had all the time He needed where he could teach me quickly. I don't believe God had anything to do with my being disabled. All He did is take advantage of a bad situation and turn it into something that has greatly benefited me and my family. You just hang in there and don't let these people bother you. If it is God's will that you or I be healed it will happen. God has a way of working things like that out.

the answer is from the time of one's very process of BIRTH. who healed you when you were pushed out of a small bag of thick skin and mucous, .. through a very narrow tunnel of bone, blood and what not. The trauma to a baby, which doesnot know how to breath, .. etc? i dont want to elaborate, but can say,...angel healing. Divine healing. I believe. i HAVE seen it work. I use it daily on myself, my friends and my clients. Goodluck

Yes, i do belive in Devine Healing but i belive it comes totally from God! I dont belive no man can heal anyone. I dont belive a lot of the junk on TV with the healing lines. Not saying God cant do it because he can but the tv preachers are also making money and to me it makes it look like they are the ones getting the credit when it should be GOd!

Nate, I agree with you 100%, God simply uses us as a pair of hands he can work through. The power is not of man I don't care who they are. Even Jesus said His power came from God. From what I have learned it doesn't seem like God will use us to heal outside our own home. I guess He could no doubt send us to someone that needing healing. I'm sure if he did it wouldn't be on TV.
