Money stolen from church's safe

It's bad when you steal from people, but I think it's even worse to steal from a house of worship.....a church. Can you imagine the punishment waiting for that person? but I am talking about the punishment from God! Um, um, um

People are getting so desperate this day in age. We have had a rash of church thefts in our area too. They are taking anything they can get their hands on, computers, money, you name it. Its pathetic that people have to resort to that, its like they are robbing God themselves.

That's pretty darned low to steal money rom a churh sae. What is wong with some people? Atleast if his hunch is rue, it will narrow their search, and they should catch the person soon enough....I hope. I hope that somehow they get the money back without it cosing the congregation too much.

Thats terrible to steal from a church. Ok, its terrible to steal from anyone but it seems especially evil to me to steal from a church...even worse from one you KNOW well enough to know where the key is.

Hi Bd200789, Yes its an inside job, but what is all that money doing lying in the safe, don't they have a bank? and why has the church have so much money, the curches always say they are poor I just don't understand, well I just hope they catch the culprit. Tamara

That is really a shame to hear that. It is hard to believe someone could do something like steal from a church safe of all things. I know that stealing goes on and it would be a shame to find out that it was someone actually from the church itself. I wish you luck in rebuilding once again your funds. That money I am sure was being kept in the safe for a good cause.

It is sad when you cannot trust your own people. I think alot more of this will go on now that things are getting so high. It is sad.
