In our country, bugs and pests are always on the lookout for anything they can scavenge on. So for us, we make sure our cooking table is squeaky clean every night before retiring for bed. If not, cockroaches and other insects will be lingering our cooking table and our other things that can bring germs and stuff.

My kitchen isnt big enough for a table,so I have to use the worktop, and im always cleaning the thing!im a work top clean aholic,in the morning I always spray my tops with dettol spray, and then if im doing anything in the day then I will clean up as I go along,it just becomes a habit after a while, maybe agood habit though as far as the germs are concerned.

My kitchen isn't big enough for a table, I use the counter. It gets cleaned at least once a day if not more. I try to clean it up and wipe it down when I'm finished. But sometimes it has to wait till the next time I'm preparing food. I can't stand to cook on a dirty surface. It grosses me out thinking about all the germs and bacteria sitting there waiting to land in my food.

of course you have to clean it after you used it. i make it a point to use lysol to disinfect it. after all we use it to cook our food.

I do it after cooking! It's easier to start your next meal when everything is clean. We don't have a big kitchen so there is no place.....

The kitchen or cooking area is the most important room in the house and should also be the cleanest at all time. I clean my cooking area as soon as I am finished using it. I don't like to leave it because anything left on it can spoil and cause illness. Beside the longer it set the harder it is to clean. It is just so much easier to do it right away.

I quickly wipe mine down at least once a day because I do a lot of cooking/food preparation...so I'm always making a mess ;-)

Hi knightrider, I clean the cooking table once in a day, If the cooking table is not clean i cant prepare food and things are messed up, so its better everything in place so i dont have to search here and there. Thanks and enjoy :)

I clean my work surface every time I use it. I don't want to take the chance of cross-contamination. Raw chicken is the worst for a lot of sickness, and chicken is my children's favourite meat. There's no chance that I'll risk their health, so it gets cleaned at least three times each day.

After dinner i wash all the dishes and the follow the cooking table . Actually i clean every night after cleaning it . i will proceed to brush my teeth then take a half then relax till to sleep. The cooking table must always clean for good sanitary and for protection also against germs or bad bacteria and or any insect will not go there.
