Someone says to you: " You look younger, did you have a facelift?"

Sometimes there are people who are so candid, they're rude. What and how would you answer an acquiantance who comes up to you and says : " You look younger , did you have a facelift?" She knows fullly well, you could not have had a facelift. Do you remain speechless, walk away, or do you come up with something like:" I went to the surgeon who have done your face..." etc? What is the mature way of handling this situation? Thanks for any input.

Thank you but I didn't know it was any of your business...why do you ask? That would be my response....when ever you ask anyone why do you ask it puts the spotlight back on them.....watch them squirm! LOL

I hope I would say something like, "No, I didn't. Besides, even if I did what business is it yours?" On my better days I would say that. On my worse days I couldn't type here what I would say without being censored.
