Sometimes there are people who are so candid, they're rude. What and how would you answer an acquiantance who comes up to you and says : " You look younger , did you have a facelift?" She knows fullly well, you could not have had a facelift. Do you remain speechless, walk away, or do you come up with something like:" I went to the surgeon who have done your face..." etc? What is the mature way of handling this situation? Thanks for any input.

I hope I would say something like, "No, I didn't. Besides, even if I did what business is it yours?" On my better days I would say that. On my worse days I couldn't type here what I would say without being censored.
