Who will you choose, mom or dad?

I will choose mom at this point in time because she is sick. She has been suffering from diabetes for 15 years now and thank God she is strong and agile with the proper diet and medicines. Her sugar count shoot up from time to time and she's injecting insulin. My father is very strong and jogs with our dogs every morning. He is 60 right now but looks like 50 with his physique. My mom needs more of our love and care right now.

Why does everyone seem to be asking us to make the choice between our parents lately? I can see your point here that, currently, you feel that your mum needs more care than your dad but I'd say your dad needs love and care too. The fact that he appears strong and healthy is great but I'm guessing that he has been taking a lot of the responsibility of caring for your mum so he deserves a bit of TLC himself. I only have my mum now but she's also my friend and we take care of each other

I won't want to choose for either one of them. I love both of them.

Both of them of course. Why? Because without them we will never been here, in the lovely world. But, according to my own religion that Mother must be the first to be appreciated. Unfortunately, my mother has passed away seven years ago when she was 40.

I don't get the question? Why choose? Can't you love them both, even though one needs more care right now? Is giving your mother more care, loving your father less? This just doesn't make sense to me!

maybe what you mean is , to whom will you give your extra care and attention. even though you're dad seems to be in good health, it doesn't mean that you will just ignore him, he still needs to eel that you're there anytime he needs you. sige ka baka magtampo yan. anyway, hope your mom will stay strong and she's lucky to have a son like you.

No need for me to choose. I love them both and even if Mom would be sick and much attention is on him, I still love my Dad as much as I love my Mom.
