I just came across this post and I am SHOCKED!! A woman has posted

wanting a home for her kittens. Now this in and of itself isn't a bad thing. But she posted her phone number too. Who else thinks this is a bad idea? It could be very bad! Is any one else surprised? I don't want to sound preachy, but I am wondering if I should tell her so.

I would be reporting it to myLot before she gets a lot of unwanted phone calls from people.

I would never post my phone number in a live forum like this either. That is just too risky these days. Maybe she is not worried about what may happen with her or her number. I would let her know how dangerous that is and she may want to write to Mylot to see if they can delete her post. She should only give the information out in a private email, if she chooses to do so.

Writing a phone number on your post is a big no. I just wonder why she did it?

I thought posting a phone number is prohibited by mylot? She would be apprehended. Plus the fact that she could get "spam" calls by doing that is a bad thing too. Good thing to notice that ersmommy1.
