How many of you are watch olympics?

We have had the olympics on each night and we have watched bits and pieces of it. I can't say that my husband or I have been glued to it but we have it on in the background of doing other things or flip channels back and forth and catch certain events. Sometimes events catch your attention and you never would think that you would watch it and then some events you just want to see. We watched the womens gymnastics last night and been catching alot of the swimming because of Micheal Phelpps. My husband taped the US basketball game Sunday so he could see it. It's good to catch now and then but I can't just sit and watch 6 hours of it a night.

I have been watching the Olympics from time to time. Been following Swimming the most, but some of the other has been interesting. Just not been around to catch a lot of the stuff going on there lately though.

i have been watching the olympics on and off because i dont really have a lot of time to watch tv, but i have been watching what i can. i have been sort of disappointed in canada's showing this time though! go canada go!!!

I have been watching the olympics every night. I love the swimming and diving events the most. The gymnastics have been awesome to watch.I haven't been able to catch a basketball game.I hope to see atleast one.

Hi there. I can't really say that I'm really following all of it, but I've been able to watch bits and pieces too. My brother watches those on his spare time and my parents too and we somehow just accumulate what bits and pieces we've watched just so as to update each other of what had happened during the day. But I'm specifically interested in watching the synchronized swimming and diving part of the Olympics. Those are my favourites.

I've only seen a little bit of the Olympics. I've been busy with other stuff. Plus, while I enjoy watching television, I really don't watch all that much television.

Well not for the past couple of days only thing I watched yesterday was the swimming watching michael phelps win another gold medal. But all of my favorite sports seem to be on to late like basketball thats on at 2-8 am and I can not stay up that late its times like these I wish I had tivo or dvr so I could record them.

We have been watching mainly the Olympics each night. I really like swimming, diving, and gymnastics. I can't sit still long enough to get into a whole volleyball match or something like that - too much to do - so I haven't kept track of those as well. It's been great to watch the Chinese and Americans battle it out for gymnastics. I remember years ago when if you did even one release move on the bars, that was spectacular. Now they do several release moves with flips and stuff. It's incredicble. I used to hate watching balance beam because it always caused the girls such problems and I thought they were going to hurt themselves, but they are getting better at it and in some of the commercials Shawn Johnson talked about liking the dare-devil part of it. So I guess I shouldn't be so worried if they enjoy doing it.

I watch a little bit late at night. I dislike watching them on NBC because they show too much useless stuff and not enough of the actual games. With as much money as they spend to carry the Olympics they should have them running on all there various channels all day long. I would actually like to see events like fencing and such but we never get anything other than the big events.

as i am free this month i have a lot of time to watch olympics. further olympics is a showcase of one's country's pride and position in the world arena. when a country wins gold and its national anthem is played there, then every citizen of that country must be proud of it
