I'm home from the hospital

Thank you so much for all of your responses to Amanda's updates on my surgery. Everything went well but I had to stay in the hospital for two nights. I got home yesterday afternoon. I'm still in quite a bit of pain but that just goes along with it. I'm trying to sit up more today and walk through the house more.
I don't know how much I'll get to be here on MyLot for the next day or so, it will just depend on how much pain I'm in and how quickly I get tired. But I will try to respond and discuss as much as I can, please bear with me.

Glad to see you've made it back, Sheila. Hope the pain leaves soon and you heal quickly. I know how it is to be out of it for awhile and not be able to do what you really want to do. But, do take it easy and do only what you feel like doing. One day, you'll be back to 100%.

Thank God ! You are back at home . Of course we will bear with you in your distress . But don't worry about getting early into business since this could take a toll on your health . Take extra care of your wounds as you are still in pain . And always remember that we are here to help you out of the pains . Bye .

Hello dear - I'm sorry I've been so out of touch here on myLot, I didn't know you were in the hospital but am very glad to hear it all went well and that you are home. Hoping you are feeling even better soon.

I am so glad you are home again and don't do too much walking round the house, dont' worry about when you get back to Mylot because we be here waiting and not going anywhere till you get in the swing so take care and rest up, we'll see you soon. Love & God Bless,

Sweet I am glad that you are home and that it went well I could not respond to Amanda as I can not find her but the Sweetie sent me a Mail so I wrote back

Be sure not to rush things and make your recovery longer. Also remember to get up and move around. I do not know what kind of surgery you had, but almost always it is recommended that you get up and walk regularly. That way you do not lose any more strenghth and you are less likely to form dangerous blood clots. Glad you are back and thinking of us.

I am glad you are home, and people will understand if you cannot get on myLot as much as you would want to. Are you taking medication for your pain? You really should take it easy and not exert yourself too much. Just do a little walking at first and then increase it by tiny steps. You do not want to pull out the stitches and then have to go back to the hospital. And you did need that hospital stay. Often if someone goes home too soon, it is disastrous. I know, it happened to a relative of mine, two of them. They had to go back.

I am glad it all went well. I tried to find Amanda's profile so I could add her as a friend, but I couldn't find it. I must be blind because I even checked your friend list, and still I had no luck. I just may be going crazy. Hopefully I'll find her and add her to my friend list. Because if she is your daughter, she's got to be special!

I think myLot will survive without you while you pay attention to your health. Take things easy for a while and get well. We're not going anywhere.
