how to make cheese?

Ok, i've been looking around to find a good recepi for cheese! i've allways wanted to make homade cheese for some reason, i guess i'd like to give it a try. so does anyone here knows any good recepies?

Wow, making your own cheese's sound great! it would be a long process i am assuming, i dont think i would have the paitence to set a nice cheese... With all the different yummy varieties available i would have to buy someone else masterpieces anyway and that would be my competition.

I really don't know how to make cheese but I do know that you need to have some rennet which is found in calves stomachs and it takes a lot of milk to get a small finished product.
