Is writing ever not fun and what to do to get it back to being fun?

I'm kind traumatized by the idea of writing at the moment. Everyday, I cross off something on my monthly goal writing list and I'm being very productive so far. But, now, writing is kind of my job instead of just my passionate hobby. I have bad writer's block (although I've posted here, written a 100 words blog, and completed another Blogit blog. I've sent in my third poem for the contest). How about you? Is writing ever traumatizing for you? How do you do enough to make a living, but still have it be fun for you?

It's usually not fun when I get burnt out. My habit is to write, write, write until I have nothing left in me that's creative or inspired lol. And then I'm totally drained, have to sleep/keep away from my books...for a few days. Then once I get back to it, it's fun. But trying to attempt to write when I'm burnt out? Nooo...that's not good at all _x

I write as a hobby and enjoy it a lot. I submit to magazines but have only been published once. I write horror/fantasy fiction shorts. When I get writers block I put whatever I'm working on away for a few days. Then when you go back to it, it kind of seems new again and maybe a little more intriguing. If you started something then go back to it with new eyes. Hope that helps.

I love writing also. But haven't done anything with it yet. I am just starting to find ways on how to improve my writing style and be able to become productive with it. I just joined a site wherein we will be paid for submitting our reviews. It is my first try to make my writing earn money for me.
