My hubby has pan seared some chicken after marinated it in a lemon pepper marinade. It can out very tender and delicious. I was a bit surprised sometimes these bottled marinades can be bitter. What is your favorite marinade flavor and how do you like it cooked? I'd love to try some new recipes if you have one, that would be awesome!

I will sometimes marinate chicken in some Italian dressing. What I have done a few times that I think tastes really good is some chicken marinated in Bronco Bobs Roasted Red Raspberry Chipotle sauce and then cooked out on the grill over some hot coals.

Ah, marinades. I like those myself. I think I am fond of teriyaki.

I love marinating my Chicken in Terriaki Marinade. It is so good and tasty. I like the 30 minute marinades.

My usual marinate for chicken would be 1. Blended onion, ginger and garlic 2. A mixture of tomato ketchup, sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce(sometimes when i have it in my larder)and some blended chilies 3. Cajun spice, ground black pepper or white pepper Mix all of them together and leave it in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours before cooking/baking it in the oven. Yesterday, i tried a new way of marinating the chicken. Its just a simple marinate whereby i blend the ginger, garlic and lemon grass together with the salt and coat it to the chicken. Leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Deep fry it. The aroma was good. The taste was even better.
