do you eat in the middle of the night?

SOme times I do and mostly just get up and drink some water to fill the space for its not good to eat at that time.

I don't want to eat in the middle of the night as it is troublesome. I don't want to go out to eat anyway, because it's too late. Perhaps I will eat a few biscuits and that's all. I love China

I try not to eat at midnight since I used to do that when I was a teenager and I had weight problems. When I stopped eating during midnight or near midnight, I could control my weight better. These days if I plan on staying up late, I'll make sure I eat a pretty fulfilling meal 3-4 hours before I plan on going to bed so that I don't have to eat again so soon before I go to bed. But if for some weird reason I get SOOOOOOOO hungry that I can't go to sleep, I'll eat something small so that I can finally sleep he he...

That would just depend I guess on how hungry I was, I have a lot of trouble eating somedays and so often have to go without my food in the day. So, sometimes at night I get so hungry that I cannot sleep at all until I eat something!

I must admit, I do get a little hungry during the twilight hours! Those are generally the nights when it is very warm and the heat prevents me from sleeping. So, I get up, stagger over to the fridge and see what kind of grub is available! I don't generally eat anything substantial during the night, perhaps one piece of toast from time to time. I tend to get very thirsty so I guess I drink two cups of tea and this seems to hit the spot. Happy snacking! Andrew

Most of the time I am too tired to bother getting up out of bed to get something even if my stomach is growling. I try to ignore it and go back to sleep. If I am not too tired and I get hungry I will get up and get a small snack or something to drink at least.

When I go to bed I go to sleep nothing wakes me up not even food..still I don't tend to eat an awful lot anyway so food is not always on my mind...littleowl

i eat something but i also stay up all night since im a night owl so its not weird to me

normally i get up once in midnight and when i feel hungry i used to have some snacks say biscuits and water and i will continue my sleep.. i never and cant sleep with hunger..so i wont

Yes yes yes lol if I woke up in the night,was hungry and fancied a snack,then a snack I would have ,I often have a hot drink during the night,a cup of tea and a couple of biscuits lol and I have been known to have the odd chocolate bar,my partner says im bonkers ,why I dont know,I dont see it as being odd at all

I used to wake up and raid the fridge in the middle of the night. I began taking a light tuna salad at around 8pm. So I don't feel hungry and wake up at night.

I'll eat something in the middle of the night only if I've stayed up that late. After staying up a certain length of time you just get hungry. But if you are talking about waking up and then eating, no,, I don't usually do that. It tends to give me indigestion.

Now that we are in our Ramadan time here in Kuwait we always make it sure to eat in the middle of the night before we got in to sleep because in the one full day I mean from sunrise to sunset we cannot eat and drink even water for fasting time but if it is a normal day I never try to eat in the middle of the night especially when I already sleeping but I make it sure that I drink one full glass of milk..

nothing in this world the reason man lives we will die and live but to drink and eat is something the man cannot forget...is dat ok to u dat u will ignore eating just to satisfy and fulfill ur diet/
