If you’ve found yourself putting off important tasks over and over again, you’re not alone. In fact, many people procrastinate to some degree - but some are so chronically affected by procrastination that it stops them achieving things they're capable of and disrupts their careers. Some causes of procrastinations are: Waiting for the “right” mood or the “right” time to tackle the important task at hand ,A fear of failure or success,Underdeveloped decision making skills,Poor organizational skills ,Perfectionism. So how we overcome these bad habbit? Do you always practice procrastiation?

I am one of the worst procrastinator who thinks that there is still tomorrow. Well, this is a very bad habit which should be totally eradicated from practicing. It makes every task undone and thus jeopardizing future plans and keep many important appointments on hold.

Yes I have found myself procrastinating from time to time. I don't make a regular occurrence of it though. I never liked to do that. I would like to just get things done and then go on to something else. I have found that waiting can really disrupt life at times. If you keep putting certain things off then there is a chance of a domino effect of problems later.
