Chapter 2:
Finally someone does come, but is only able to talk to them and help them understand that this problem isn't their fault and they shouldn't feel guilty for it. They also help them understand that while there are things they can do to help themselves, it's not their job and they shouldn't have to.
Chapter 3:
Willie the building superintendant finally comes with the tools and experience to fix them problem, but in the middle of working on fixing the escalator, his union contract guarenteed lunch hour arrives. Of course, being democrats the two victims understand and are willing to wait.
Chapter 4:
During lunchtime ACLU lawyers show up, offering to sue on their behalf for the humiliation they suffered by this obviously racist and sexist act of oppression against them.
Chapter 5:
Hillary, NOW and Gloria Allred show up to offer support and comfort to the woman.
Obama, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson show up to offer support and comfort to the man.
Chapter 6:
The press comes to interview Hillary, Gloria, Obama Al and Jesse...
Headline Reads:
GLASS CEILING ON DISPLAY AT SHOPPING MALL
Chapter 7:
They all leave the mall to fight the good fight for these two victims. The victims get tired of standing there, doing nothing, so they sit down on the escalator and complain that the steps hurt their butts.
Chapter 8:
Willie the Janitor joins the picket line forming outside the mall, protesting the treatment of minorities.

I do not think this is true to life or that it even resembles anything close to being true, especially where you add chapters 2, 3, 4...and so on. I know lots of people who consider themselves democrat who do not act anywhere near that stupid or helpless or anything...but I do think it's hilarious anyway.

tunes are democrats? from some republiican? look buster I am a democrat not a looney tunes and if I was stuck on a non moving escalater I would use my God given brains and walk the hell up the damned escalater.no need for any help.maybe republicans cannot figure that out but most democrats can.
