We have the same likings in the food and restaurant industry. I believe it would be profitable to engage in such because people are always eating and the cost for aw materials on food is lesser compared to the gains we get from it.

As they say, do something that interests you most and you know you'll be good at it. So even if I say that I will open up a net cafe, and it doesn't interests you, it will not make your business succeed. You already know what you want. MAKE it HAPPEN :P Good luck

i am an entrepreneur aside for being netpreneur, i run my own business and so far it helps me to provide my daily needs and wants. much better to engage business than to depend on our salary specially if we are not compensated to the value of our work given to the firm. i work before for more than 6 years but i voluntary resigned and instead engage a business in my own.

well yes it is really hard to be a slave in a company which does not give you enough compensation ., so better have your own business without the boss ., Ü you can have all of your time as you wish and you can earn unlimited income depending upon how wise you are ., and how good you are in marketing., anyway, thanks for sharing and have a nice day ahead!

I don't have any plans on opening up a business anytime soon nor do I know where you would begin to get things started. I can only imagine all the planning and financing that is involved in such as a process. If I had enough money though me and my husband have talked about opening up three different kinds of business. We want to open an animal/rescue shelther, a littler family diner, and a gaming store. They are all things we enjoy and think would be a lot of fun :D

If I had the money, I would open a bakery. I love to decorate, but I am very slow at it and don't think an established bakery would keep me employed for very long. If I owned my own bakery, I could work at my own pace and make money doing something I love.

My husband and I would really like to start up a publishing company, and we's also like to open a cafe. Believe me, if we had the money, we'd find a way to open both bosunesses, and run them both at the same time. I imagine we could create a lot of jobs for people, that way.

I work straight weekdays and am off on weekends, and I have always thought of starting up an errand service to help folks pay bills that perhaps cannot get to the bill place. I feel there is a serious need for that here. I also would love to do a weekend taxi service as well. Folks go to work and such, but no bus or anything runs on Sunday here and I would love to capitalize on that. Also during the holidays as well. I feel a serious void on that between the malls and Walmart which are blocks from each other.

If I ever had the chance of doing business, it will still be related with the field I am in. I'll be running a school then, probably, I'll start with the pre-school and let the spill-overs of the business be the source of the expansion. I'll name it after my own name as well. lol Jaypee and Friends Academy hehe

Doing business is tough! I never realized it till I tried my hand at selling something. So many rejections that I am actually thinking of giving up. I wonder what else is there to do to grow our money such that we do not have to be stuck in a nine to five job slaving away for a salary. Well, still searching around for the ideal money making machine. I hope I can get it right soon.

Well, that is the problem. There is no one thing that I particularly like. And it is so difficult to choose as well. Heh heh ... a little on the fickle minded side. I sure hope I can find my calling in business soon. Then I will know exactly what to do to make it work!

Oh I hate working too. Doing all the hard work while the boss get the financial gain and I just get a flat salary. I want to save enough money to open up a preschool or childcare center for children. Preschool and childcare center in the USA makes really good money. Don't know why but more and more children are sending their children off to preschool and daycare etc so I love to do that. Plus I like working with kids.

Just like you, i also want to have my own business. I want to own a boutique because im fond of fashion and i like dressing up and wearing cute accessories. But unfortunately, i dont have enough money. So what i did was open an online store in multiply.com. Here i sell many different things from shirts to accessories to bags. I even sell books. So far it's been smooth sailing. I didnt have to pay a single cent for my online store because getting one in multiply is free.

If I had enough money for it, I'd probably want to open myself a Bestbuy or Future shop. I'd make plenty of money off of it, and also you get to know what the latest gadgets are and everything. It'll really keep you up to date with the latest technology and also you could get yourself the latest gear for little or no cost to yourself.

Hi liezl, I love to have my own boutiques since I love clothes but I want it to be more affordable to people! I used to sell clothes before when I was single and since I can't afford to buy a lot of stocks, I will only get like 20 pcs..LOL! I really enjoy doing it, My Mother loves about restaurant since she is a great cook..LOL! and I know once you can establish your own place, they will really attract people since everyone loves to eat really..LOL!

yeah because it is the basic needs of people., but i guess you have a good start since you said that you've been into clothing business before .,i was also doing that last year around september till december but you know what i get tired cause i was a full time employee then and i got sick because of overfatigue ., i was the one doing eveything like going to my supplier and check the lates clothes they have and put it in our small shop near in my office ., i got one saleslady and she's in charge for selling of course but it is really tiring! so i stopped! if ever i want to continue that i would want to focus more and most probably i will resigned to my work now ., hmmm i'm still thinking of that till now.,

A few years ago I already started a little business. Its making and selling fancy accessories which I enjoyed. The best thing that I enjoyed most was when I was allowed to display and sell my products at one of the payday 'tianggee' in ABS-CBN building for the call agents department. It was fun. I gave it up because I have no time. But I plan to put it up again. I also plan to put up a clinic but it needs a lot of money. Aside from that maybe anything that is related to children because I love being with children. Having a business is very difficult. As an owner you have to have a first hand experience on everything and you need to know how to manage people. But its worth a try if you really have a heart for it. Take care and good luck. =)

hi there lea! yes, you are right it is really hard to have your own business because you have to focus a lot for you to see the details and make sure that everything is ok or else it will fall and regrets for it someday ., well it is really risky to put up a business and you should be ready at all., anyway, thanks for sharing and have a nice day ahead!

I don't have any money to open a business, so no plans to do so. But, if I could I would open a book store. We would also have a little cafe there for sandwhiches and soup, or coffees. And we would sell unusual gifts, or craft items made by local artists. I would make it cozy with comfortable furniture for people to find a quiet corner for reading or just staying awhile to visit. I would love to open such a business, but alas it isn't in my future.
