do you drink milk?

milk as was discussed by our professor in the chemistry subject is really essential and important in ones life.. it helps promote good bacteria and are able to maintain healthy gums and teeth.. it is also essential for the development of a healthy skin cells.. so i have this question to you, do you drink milk in a day?..and if so, how many glasses?

Milk actualy comes from cows and is for their babies.Some studies vary on how good IT is for you. I can say that milk cows are treated cruely and then when weak and exhsuted from giving milk are sent to the slaughterhouses and turned into hamburger meat! Their are other ways to get calcium. Milk is disscussed alot on the PETA WEBSITE. i JUST READ UP ON ALL THIS!

well, it depends upon how the milk were being processed.. but it is really good if you choose the right and trusted brand of milk..

yes, i like to drink milk. i think milk is the best drinks. it's full of calcium, it's nutrient. it's good that skin and bones. especially fro children and momen.

you are certainly right!it promotes good skin tone and condition and strengthens our bones because of its calcium content.. it is also good to our teeth and gums.. there are really a lot that we can gain from milk..especially those fresh milk.. milk that comes from cow..

I want to drink milk but im lactose intolerant, my tummy goes mumbo jumbo when I drink milk, thats really a problem. But i try to eat dairy products like cheese and yogurt and also drink yakult for a healthy digestive system.

maybe i was not intolerant when I was a baby, maybe its only when I grow old and not drinking much milk, when I resumed drinking thats the time the symptoms came.LOL

really,? this is new to me.. so you are lactose intolerant. hmm, how were you being fed when you were young then?..milk is the sole source of food for babies...

Nope I don't drink milk. I hate it and always did. They only milk I consume is in a bowl of cereal. I am a big fan of cheese and get my dairy from that.

hehe.. we are so different.. i just love milk.. in fact, i used to take it even without hot water,.. i want it dry.. and i could consume almost three glasses a day.. however, due to some financial constraints, i could not afford one..

lately in the news, milk products from china are being band because they are harmful and devastating to our life in the long run. even milk products which are not made from china could be dangerous also because almost all companies depend china as a source. above all these i love milk... ahehehehehe

thanks for the information. i thought it would only be the chinese products that will be affected.. and now, as you said it, then i'd better be careful this.. but lately, i had not been drinkinng milk.. i don't have the means to buy one. hehe...
