I certainly used to look up to them in my earlier days, but looking at the number of controversies, they get into these days, I do not really look at them that way. At least, I can count on a few sports-persons to be role models.
What is your say on this?
Cheers!

depends on what you really want to get, learn from them, everybody has idol in his childhood, even regard them as pefect and take them as role modles in soe certain aspects, with what i'm crocking up,it was gradully fading away that worship came in
dreaming way,but i still appreciate the characters and enchantment of some celebrities.

are even supposed to do,it's expected stuff with their career, and
now i'm much less interested of that.

I don't look up to them. On the other hand, I don't think being a celebrity automatically makes you any worse at being a role model than being a non celebrity. They're human beings who just happen to be famous (deservedly or not, depending on the celebrity). I don't look up to any person to be so great a role model that they never disappoint or do wrong, but I think most people have at least one quality that someone can admire. Same goes for celebrities.

I never look up to celebrities as role model. They are human being too who commit mistakes and so there is no reason for me to look up to them. I might considered following there tips when it comes to fashion but when it comes to values and morality i dont. I think they even commit more mistakes than ordinary people.

Nah, i've never had the tendency to look up to them. Maybe its all the bad media surrounding them.
