I made some more chocolate suckers for the gas station this morning and while I had the chocolate melted I did a few chocolate dipped marshmallows. They turned out really good. I tired one. Very tasty, but also VERY rich. They kind of remind me of those chocolate marshmallow Santa's around Christmas time. Do you like chocolate dipped marshmallows?

Oh that sounds so good right now! But I don't have any marshmellows! But my husband told me he would make me some chocolate milk. I think I'll go remind him. he, he, he

Did you get your chocolate milk? In this house it is strawberry milk. The baby is the only one who likes chocolate milk and she only gets that when we go to McDonald's.

No, no chocolate milk. When I went out the living room he was sitting amass papers and the laptop doing grades. I didn't have the heart to ask him for it. Then I found Ace of Cakes and watched two episodes. I love that show.

I've never had a regular marshmallow with chocolate on it, I've only had the commercial type usually sold around the holidays. I think they're ok, but they're not my favorite candy. I like something with a bit more substance, and marshmallow is filled with a lot of air.

They are not something I can eat a lot of. One of them is almost too much for me. I am not that big into chocolate though.

Never had one. Sounds good, as long as they don't taste like Peeps. I don't like those. Guess I will have to have one.

I really love the Santa chocolate marshmallows that come out around Christmas. I must say I have never dipped a marshmallow in chocolate myself though. It would be really good. To bad those are off limits to me right now. I want to lose 50 pounds by Christmas so far I have lost 13, only 37 more to go.

Chocolate Santa's don't get the respect they deserve. I think they are one of the better Christmas candies. Good luck getting the rest of those 50 pounds off.

I don't believe that I've ever had chocolate dipped marshmallows. I think that I may have to get a bag of vegan marshmallows (since I don't eat gelatin anymore) and try that out.

I never really thought of vegans not eating gelatin. You learn something new every day.

I made them last year when I was finishing making christmas candy. I always try different things to dip in the leftover chocolate when I make candy. After you dip them roll them in sprinkles while they are still wet enough for them to adhere. Or use red and green sugar sprinkles for christmas. Maybe white chocolate with the red & green. Oh my I gotta stop I'm getting hungry! LOL
