I feel sad, I can't get many responses to my disscusions from mylot friends, why

I start several discussions but i can only get 2 or 3 responses from mylot friends. Why? What should I do? I don't care the money i can get from the responses, what i really care is whether my friends like me or pay attention to me.

Sometimes I don't respond to something because I can't contribute anything useful or the subject is distasteful to me. Sometimes I don't respond because I don't have the time but I keep the message about the discussion so I can reply later.
I know what you mean. I have about 200 friends and only a few contribute to discussions of mine. Most of my replies come from people I don't know!

oh, my dear, i just adapted myself to such a new discussion-platform.
u r so frank, kind and lovely. i like u. hence, u r just be yourself.
and then, the responsers will be gradually more and more.

don't worry,things like this really happens.for a change,why dont you try responding to discussions your freinds are starting,in that way,you would know the things that they have interest at.from that,you can start making discussions that may catch your friends attention. When you still feel sad about it,hit the discussion button besides the hot one caterogies (the no responses).you are not alone.It really happens at first.but once you get your momentum,your discussions will be part of the hot ones.
