Any Free Web Pages Around Anymore?

Sorry I can't be of any help to you but that is way over my head. hahaha I only sent info to a web master when I worked at the race track and never had to deal with the web site. I hope someone can help you get what you need.

Bob, I think maybe gmail has a web page service for it's members, yes I just went and checked, it is under sites and it says "Create websites and secure group wikis" If he needs an invite which I think he does, have him email me, I think you have my email. They provide the platform, the templates (a variety to fit many different posting interests), photo storage, etc. I've had them for about 7 years or so. alot of isps offer "Free" webspace with your account. Maybe check into that with your isp.

did you check freehostia.com. It offers free hosting without any adverts for a whole year. Than you can upgrade the package. I guess it would be suitable for your needs.

You can check out Office Live, which is Microsoft. They have about 3 or 4 different plans, but you can set up a basic site, with several pages, for free. I think if you search for Office Live Basics, you will find it.

Oh, I think there are several. However, the cost of a domain is low and hosting is reasonable, so I think a business should get a small commercial web server account.

hey hun i've just recently set one up on freewebs and i'm not paying anything isn't hard to use pretty simple, i know scorpio set one up aswell but not sure who she used will have to ask her and post back. Where are they based? Whats the name of the resteraunt? your going to want an address thats easy to remember unless they have already paid for one? If they are only looking for something simple and need advice i'm happy to help but anything really complicated i'm rubbish at html just holler if he gets stuck. Might be an idea to do a lens on squidoo get his customers involved and posting about the restaurant how good it is, photos, promotions etc Good luck
