Is it another attack on man?

I think this should be a learning curve for all of us! I think we as responsible people should start depending upon ourselves more than what we do. It seems that we expect the government to handle everything and bail us out of situations. I say that if you know you cannot afford that house that is going to be written up at a very high interest rate, Don't Get It! If you cannot afford a new car or to pay off your credit card bills, don't get wrapped up in them. Lots of people are making mistakes with their money and the big banks are the ones that are benefiting from it and then when no one can pay any longer, everyone else has to bail them out. As far as I can see it is a win win situation for the banks. They charged the enormous rates from the get go and now congress is bailing them out.
