How much CASH

have you ever held in your hand at one time? It could have belonged to you or someone else. I collected on a job for one time. It was a really big job and the owner was paying everyone with cash. I met the owner at a cafe that was half way between our homes as we lived about an hour apart. We sat down ordered some coffee and she whipped out the envelope... $32,000.00! She joked about us looking like criminals or something. WOW that was a lot of cash, I wished it was mine. How about you have any big cash stories?

The most I ever held in my hand was when I made a deposit for the restaurant I used to work for. The manager could not leave so asked me to do it. I forget how much it was, but it was more than I've ever owned in my life. Too bad I'm so honest, lol. My husband is a GM and handles cash daily, and makes his stores deposits. They sell things like TV's and DVD players and computers and appliances. He's done more than 10,000 in one day, so I bet he's had a lot of money in his hands. He never tells me the exact amount each day, but sometimes he will say "We did about 5,000 today" and that's supposed to tell me how busy he was.

Yeah, I'm with Pat! I used to work at two different banks with similar but different job duties! I use to count down the ATM's and count the vaults! WOW...lol! I mean DAMN!! But like Pat said, after awhile, it just became a job! But in my drawer, I was almost always over, like $20k at a time! But that Vault, we're talking easily $500k to $1Mill or more!! I wouldn't want to own a bank these days though, but just give me the money! Taripre$ Avon Sales Leadership Rep Cash 4 All Work At Home Dad

All that cash had to be a distraction until you got used to it for sure. BTW how's the Avon doing? I just signed up again.

The internet probably a bit tougher with Avon cause they don't pay as much for those orders. I think recruiting is the way to go if you don;t do person to person sales. I used to do pretty good when I sold before, about ten years ago. Good luck

It's ok, could always be better! Me being a man, it's kinda difficult cause it's still not really accepted. But I'm a huge flirt, so it works out for me...lol! Now I'm starting to focus on bigger profits with less effort, fund raising and recruiting! Hopefully that get off the ground, still in the marketing stages though! The internet is where most of my orders come from now, still just paying for itself!! Taripre$ Avon Sales Leadership Rep Cash 4 All Work At Home Dad

hi red, I held, exactly 48,325.63 cash in my hands for the moment i was counting it ... My wedding couple (by the way i am a wedding planner ..) paid me the cash after they collected the sum from their guests to settle payment to the hotel ... For my own wedding I only collected a sum of 15K and used up to settle my bills .. cheers

I guess the most I've ever had in my hand was when Hubby got his Social Security Disability settlement...$6000. Doesn't sound like much but after not having anything for several long years, it was a fortune to us. It went way to fast though...money seems to do that. Hey redkathy! Gee, I don't how that would have felt to me! Probably really good like I would have wanted to take the money and run! (Great song!) I really don't know how much is the most money that I ever held. I really don't remember. Maybe $5,000. Gee, now that sure is a bundle! Where could I possibly spend that wad? I have no idea why I had it, I think I sort of know, but really don't want to say. Let's just say it wasn't a good thing for me to have it and I didn't spend it wisely! But that was another time, many years ago, another me and I would so give anything to have that money right now! I would do so many things different now! Oh, well water under the bridge and all that! Lessons learned!

I managed a bank sometimes we woudl get a million or more brought to us, if a payday was the following day. It's a lot of really smelly money. And if it was new it was terribly hard to count. It didn't take long for it to just be a job with paper and numbers. The worker who still thought of it as money didn't last long in Banking.

Well, I can surely understand that Pat. It would be no big deal when you do it every day.
