Or to be more direct, it's bum? LOL! I don't eat it but my husband does! He says it's tasty but I can't get my head around the fact that it is a chicken's bum! What about you? Do you eat it too or are you more like me and will throw it away?

Yes, my mom is amazing with innovating on dishes. I am sure James would like it. Will some recipes with you, may be when I get time. I like flesh and not bones. So I like kebabs out of chicken. Kebabs in any forms make my day. What about you?

well it's not it's bum as such. not its toilet parts, for want of a better description. it's more like a tail, really, but meatier and more muscular than most animals.

i'm definitely a parson's nose girl. the mere mention of me makes me i love the taste and the texture. it's about the softest part of the whole chicken. when i go to thailand, i'll buy them from a street stall. they sell it skewered on a stick. there can be as many as five on one stick. i'll have my fill whenever i go there.

But in my country, there are night markets that sells cooked food, something like a bazaar, and they sell chicken bums in packets!! ANd yes!! Some people really do love to eat the chicken bum!! :)

I don't like the bum either....but my husband does. Earlier, I would throw it away....till my husband had an argument with me about how I do not respect his wishes. So, now I do use it when I cook....but I do not eat it.
