Just a few minutes ago my son, Cary, came in and shared some very important information with me. "Mom," he said, "I flushed down the big poo!" I didn't bat an eye. "Make sure you tell Dad," I said. So he ran downstairs all happy to share this information with his Dad. I'm sure his Dad was very happy about it too because guess who is in charge of unstopping toilets?

They say the greatest things and expect you will be just as excited. Good memories

Hehe, that's cute. Granted I don't have or know a whole lot about kids but if mine told me that the poo was in the toilet and flushed, I would be one happy Mommy! Any other scenario would be rather unpleasant.

Turns out it wasn't his poo either, it was his sister's!

Thats too cute!! I love the things kids say! My daughter will be 2 in Decemeber and we are potty traing right now - she is doing pretty good! Anyway every time she poops she flushes the toilet and says "bye bye poopy" I laugh every time!!!

Hmm. Everybody has to give a helping hand in the house. So that was certainly a positive news for your hubby.© ronaldinu 2008

It was certainly better than NOT flushing the offending poo. And it gave us all a good laugh!

My 8 year old used to announce when he had large bowel movements. He would come running in the room and yell, "Mom, I just pooped and it was this big!" while holding his hands out to show me how big. That kid can clog a toilet!

That's funny. Turns out the offending poo didn't even belong to my son in this case!
