Tomorrow is going to be busy!

Wow I've got alot on my plate tomorrow. First, it is Nov. 4, so hubby and I will be getting up early to vote. It starts at 6 am here. Then, my daughter is off school for the day. It is teacher planning day. So my hand will be full entertaining her. She and I also have dental appointments before noon..That is all before lunch! Whew tired just thinking about it. Ever had a day like that? How did you plan for it? Did you get everything done?

I have 9 pounds of toffee that I need to make today and get shipped before 3:30 pm. I have already made 2 pounds and it is cooling. I have made some buckeyes and 3 different kinds of peanut butter cookies as well already today. Peanut Butter Toffee, Peanut Butter creme filled with chocolate drizzled on top, and Peanut Butter with M&M's in them. I better get it all done.

The children in my my county school district and the surrounding counties school district didn't have any school today. Which is hard on alot of parents who have school age children since they will have to either drag them along or get a babysitter and with lines kids don't do well standing long periods of time in lines. They get tired and cranky easier and bored and sometimes might cause a scene because of it.
