It's all foreign to me!

I can speak, read and write in French, very badly but I can get by. I can also speak a bit of Arabic, read a little and write a bit less. I would love to be able to speak Chinese, I think it would be a very interesting language to learn. I love to write and calligraphy is one of my hobbies so I would love to able to write like the Chinese as I think it is very beautiful and delicate. What language would love to be able to speak, read and write?
