Do you still surf the net when your eyes get tired?

We only get one pair of eyes and once we lose them that's it and personally our sight is one of the most important senses and probably the worst one to lose, so I do try and stop straining them if I am tired, I have a good technique of refreshing my eyes when I am on the computer too much, which is probably most of the day! I use slices of cucumber, cucumber is very good for the eyes and it revitalizes them!

whenever my eyes feel tired,i make it a point to close my eyes for about half-an-hour.

Hi hiddenwing, Actually I've been a bit concerned about my eyes lately and have cut back on surfing the net. I don't know how much damage it can do or if you just need to rest more. I was thinking of getting an anti-glare screen for my monitor but they seem to be hard to find. This tells me that not a lot of people are using them, so maybe it is not very affective. Blessings.

Yes i still do, but with the limitation. If i am very tired already i stop and take a rest. I could not also concentrate in the things that i do if my eyes are already tired. So better sleep and have a sweet dreams. Happy posting.

If I already feel that my eyes are tired, I try to stop surfing the net and take a rest or sleep. I know I should not abuse my eyes and take care of it as much as possible. Too much staring at the monitor may affect our eyesight in the long run. We may not feel it now but when we grow older, we may have such seeing discomfort as it comes with age.

Well, I admit I sometimes feel guilty of abusing my eyes on the net. There are some things that interests me most that I could't take my eyes ofo it till I see what Im looking for - even when eyes are really tired

When needed I do still surf the net even if my eyes were already tired. Yes I do feel guilty of not taking good care of my eyes and abusing them.

When I was still pregnant, I sometimes push myself to more than my limit leads me to. I stay too late surfing and I don't feel that guilty. My husband is sometimes scolding but I still can't help it. Now that I already have my baby, I feel guilty for the times I didn't rest early. Lucky for me that my baby is still healthy inspite of it. I now promise myself to prioritize my baby and never tire myself too much so I will always have the energy to take care of him.

I always make it a point to stop and rest when my eyes are starting to get tired. I've had experience when my eyes were affected negatively by too much exposure to rays from the computer monitor; thankfully, the correctional lenses I had fixed my eyes and I can see almost perfectly now. I don't want to repeat it again, so I rest my eyes before I continue with my work.

Hi ! I never go on surfing when ma eyes tired . I avoid to make sure that ma eyes relax as it had lots of burden . But even it is some time necessary to work because of the work load . Then i need to manage some how by constantly washing ma eyes.
