Have you ever tried a Colon Cleanser?

All this 'cleansing' and 'detoxing' is so much rubbish. It has been invented for commercial purposes to scam money from people who have too little knowledge to know better. The body is quite capable of 'cleaning' itself without any sort of "detox" or "cleanse". All the websites that are telling you how good it is are also selling something, that should be a clue! Break away from the bulls#!t, be sensible, and forget the cleansing/detoxing scam. There are NO benefits, and despite what some unfortunate uneducated people will tell you, NOTHING actually "detoxes" you. Nothing at all. It is a useless waste of money

I have always wanted to try a colon cleanse, but I specifically wanted that gross one you mentioned! (or at least, I'm pretty sure it's what you're referring to!) The stuff they give you before a colonoscopy where you are pretty much chained to the toilet for two days, and you totally clean out your colon. My dad did it once and said he felt awesome for months afterwards!
