Shamans believe that everyone has power animals. Power animals are the spirits which resides with each individual adding to their power and protecting them from illness, acting similarly to a guardian angel. Lakota Indians recognized few power animals including dogs and cats. Animal spirit guide will help you to recognize your power animal: http://www.animalspirits.com/index.html Eagle and dolphin and horse are my power animals. Did you find yours?

Hehehe... we do seem to have an invisible crowd around us -- guardian angels, spirit guides, and now power animals? Interesting! I have a crowd of four animals around me--2 dogs and 2 cats, but I guess I would call them pets. No, I don't know who my power animals are. How do I find out? Anyway, this is a very interesting site you have dug up. I will save it in favorites and come back to it later. Cheers and happy mylotting.

You have to close you eye and imagine that you are an animal. You have to feel what is going on. All animals are good. Don't judge. Just feel. Than go to the website and see the meaning.

sorry i couldn't see the page that your URL refers to.. i will choose bear(especially polarbear) and dog as my power animals..because bears are the symbol of strength, whenever i need strength i will imagine myself into a bear..lol And dogs represent loyalty which means that i should take responsiblities for my life ,my job, my family and more..

I am not really sure what my power animal/s is/are. Suppose one will have to meditate to find it,although many people think that it's just their favorite animal.

For many years I've always thought of the wolf as my totem animal, but after reading that website I also saw the qualities of the Polar bear, Tiger and Buffalo in my personality traits.

I couldn't find any place there to determine my power animal. However, I've always loved dragons and have an affinity with them, even though they may never have existed. I like their strength and resilience, they way they guard their treasures, which I interpret not not monetary riches but the love of and for others. They embody my own personal philosophy, "never give up, never give in".

I was hoping This might be a bit faster and simpler to find out. I really dont want to registar for another site. I guess I will have to just keep doing my best to be intouch with the animal and human spiritual world by Grace. Maybe I am not understanding the site correctly??? Still think this is a great topic and has truth and relavence. Thanks!

Haven't checked out the entire list, as it's a long one, but so far I find that my animals are: 1: Hare 2: Owl 3: Polar Bear I'm a big animal lover, so I didn't much care which animal(s) I "got". I find it very interesting that my #2 animal would eat my #1, I think that means something - what exactly, I'm at a loss.
