* it might happen sometimes due to not remembering that we have already responded .
I wish we had a flag saying that we already replied . or technically it should be possible to reject the second response by a member ( possible on other forums )
* sometimes it also happens because of technical problems by twice submission .

Yes at the beginning I used to do that a few times, but once I started relying on notifications the problem was sorted and I never did it again, once I have answered a notification I will delete it and move on to the next one. Another trick is that if you rate the discussion then next time if it has already been rated by yourself you know you have already answered it!

So far i havent done it for i like to check my responded discussion everytime i do posting. And also i like to response on no responses tab so the possibility is so small is ever it will happen in me.

Yes, recently I responded twice to the discussion out of anger.....coz, that discussion was about the person who carelessly left her little dog and that dog was severely met with an accident......

As far as I remember, I haven't responded twice in a single discussion just because I forgot that I have responded it already. But I have made two response once because I was so lazy reading the whole post that I just read the title. Later did I realized I didn't answer the question well enough or at least given my point of view. I was out of topic.lol. I learned that lesson...

I don't think that I have ever responded twice. But there have definitely been times when I commented on several people's responses. Sometimes, everything that everybody says just speaks to me. ;)
