If you found hair in your food, even if it is your own

do you remove the hair and continue eating the food, or do you discard the whole meal. Hair in food to me is a real turn off, if I find hair in my food that I cooked at home, I will remove the hair and continuing eating, if I found hair in my food outside of my home I will discard the whole meal. What about you hair or no hair?

I remove the hair and continue eating the food whether it is inside home or outside. I have seen many of my friends who even started vomiting once they see the hair in their food. Luckily i don't have that sensation. I continue eating without any problem.

i'd rather not find any hair in my food. i sure would send it back if it wasn't mine & expect for there to be no charge. i know things happen like that but in restaurants they should be made to keep their hair covered.

I'm pretty picky. If it's outside the house, bye bye food... now if it's inside the house, it doesn't matter who's hair, I'd remove the hair and continue eating, depending on what the meal is. If I didn't notice the hair before, or if I got hair in my mouth while eating, I'll remove the hair and promptly barf in most cases...

If I found my own hair in food I cooked, I would discard the part of the food that it was in and continue eating. However, if I found someone else's hair in my food, I would not eat the food and never go to the place where I found it at again.

I use to stop eating it, and get rid of it, but now eh. You know the meal was great before I found the hair. Yeah finding a hair sucks, but that happens. And a hair isn't really going to hurt you. So I just take out the hair and finish eating. Now if i found more than one hair, or anything else I would complain.

Depends on the food. If its pasta or something that doesnt get cooked at a high temp ill cut out that whole section and toss it, but eat the rest. But if its something like a burger usually ill just remove the hair and eat anyway. Its just hair. And depending on the restaurant that should probably be the least of peoples worries. ha hair or no hair. i think everyone would choose no hair, but it happens even in the cleanest environments. ive seen people throw huge fits about it which i dont think is fair to the employees of the restaurant, but i guess i could understand how it grosses some people out.
