I got the Paypal Money.

India

I am very happy to inform all mylotters, especially the Indian community here about the transaction of funds from paypal to my bank account in India. It is fantastic !!!. I requested the withdrawal on 19-11-2008. My account shows that the money reached on 21-11-2008.It is very fast. Now I am entitled to use this net cash as free as I could.Things should go like this.Paypal deducted $1 as the fee of wire transfer. If it is Rs. 7000/- or more, there is no fee.My paypal account is 'unverified' one.Friends please share in my happiness.

I am not from India but I am glad to see you happy with the Paypal earnings that you got. I could recall the time when I was very happy to get my online payouts through an ATM. It was not from Paypal though.

Congratulations. I have not tried requesting it to my bank account. How did you do it? Does paypal send to any bank where you have an account with the bank? what do you provide paypal with, I mean any special bank code besides your bank account number?

Anitas, I am verified with paypal. How do I get my money into my bank account in my country. What particulars do paypal need in order for them to remit the money to my bank? Do they need to approve the bank that I use before they can remit the money to that particular bank?

Hi zandi458, I don't know about the banks in your country. You should provide a number 'ISFC' some thing like that. It is a number which shows the international maney transaction capability of the bank. You should make a query in the bank.

Congratulations ashvini_urs. Thanks for joining. Better you add the 'IFSC' number. It may be in the first page of your account passbook. In my case that number shows like this:ISFC-SBIN000XXXX If this number is not shown on your pass book tell the bank. They will write it.

Hi anjalisharma_iipm, I have already wrote a comment to you in some other's discussion thread regarding this subjects.I am agin repeating the same things for you.To have a credit card you should have Rs. 50,000 in your account. But in paypal to get your money to your bank account there is no need of credit card. In your paypal profile you should add your bank account details. That is all. But if you want to verify your account, you need credit or debit card. Verifying your paypal account is good, no doubt. Some sites like 'neobux' transact with verified account holders only. That is another matter. Here the point is whether it is necessary or not to have credit card to withdraw money to your indian bank account. No, definitely no need.

Congratulations for being able to download money. I really had no clue that you can transfer fund even with an 'unverified' account. I have heard that it is lot more difficult to download money from paypal. Can you please share the bank's name?

Oh! Is it so? Does SBI allows uploading fund to PayPal Account as well?

That is really great. Congratulations to you. I too have a paypal account and when I want to collect the money from paypal, I do it the same as what you do. Withdraw the money through bank transfer. The payment charge by paypal is almost the same if converted into your currency. As you can see, I am from the Philippines. Truly this is really great for all of us. But something more I learned from your post. Now I know that there is no need to verify you paypal account in order to withdraw right? As you have told you are an unverified user. Well, that's is really great. My paypal account is actually a verified one.

Thanks for your comment and I am happy to know that you are benefited with this discussion. But I remind one more thing. It better to 'verify' the paypal account, because, some sites like neobux does not accept unverified paypal account and you are limited to the transactions. So better you get verified.

Hi vikram3101989, thanks for your response. I think Syndicate bank is approved by paypal.Any how just check the paypal help to confirm.I hope that you may provided your bank information in your paypal profile. There minimum money you can withdraw from your paypal account is $10.For sending this money they charge $1. So there should be at least $11 in your paypal account. It is very easy.

thanks for your tips and i checked out in paypal that they do transfer money to syndicate bank provided that all the info must match like first name and last name.

Congratulations! It is nice to know that money gets transferred so quickly without any kind of hitch.I too have an account with the State bank of India. But my own feeling is that they charge a bit too much on money transfers.I am told that there are certain banks into which one can transfer money from paypal a/c frre of cost.
• India
28 Nov 08
Thank you kiran8. If the amount is Rs.7000 or more, paypal not charging anything. They may be dissuading the withdrawal of small amounts. It is always better to transfer the money to well reputed banks like SBI.

By checking your bank account statement you can see the exact date of the deposit. In my case it took only one day.I requested on 19th November and received on 21st November.

Hi envy99_2000, welcome. The bank name and the paypal name should be the same. There are two ways to try your luck. Request the bank authorities to change your name to match the paypal name. The second way to request vthe paypal authorities to change your name accordingly. One more idea you can try, that is , start a new paypal account to match the bank account. After starting new account, you can transfer the money from the old paypal account to the new one. No problem. I have practiced this once.
