US gives 400 Million to Mexico

Yep you heard me right. We are giving Mexico 400 million to pay for Mexico's police and soliders that are fighting the drug cartels in Mexico.
Why are we paying for Mexico's army? or their police? Two of the most corrupt forces. It is their responsibility to take care of their own country. True the cartels need to be stopped. SO Mexico needs to stop the ones in their country and we will take care of ones in our country. Looks like the bail outs are now being handed out to other countries as well. I wonder who we will be bailing out next.I bet we do not even get paid back on this one.
What do you think, can we afford to give 400 million to Mexico? IS it our responsibility to take of them?

Cripe, my blood preassure was just starting to come down too. the only thing we need to be giving mexico are the millions of people that snuck over the border. Followed by a warning that any further invasion of their military or what ever is wearing therir uniform and firing at us, will be met wih overwhelming defensive force. there is a sherrif somewhere, I believe in south Texas who has authorized his deputies to return fire across the border. this guy is a hero and I wish the boprder state's governors would grow a set of bals and order their state guard to man the border and protect their citizens.

Maybe GWB looked at it like a down payment, I'm sure that $400 million would go a long way down there in Mexico. Maybe he is looking at this like buying something on QVC. Hey Laura, only 10 more payments of $400 Million and we got our own country that I haven't destroyed yet. You never know.

Now this is a bunch of crap..I mean on the news either yesterday or day before, they said that the USA has been in a recession since last DECEMBER! And yet they are giving money away that WE supposedly do not have. I mean WTH? How are we suppose to get out of a debt if the prez (obama,bush) keeps putting us there? Just makes me sick. And plus, i like to know how there are any citizens left in Mexico when they are ALL over here?? Just makes me wanna pull my hair out sometimes....
