How to lose weight sufficiently

Girls,beauties,I just want to know what's your sufficient way of losing weight that you ever tried? show up your good ideas to me and thank you very much.

well,I believe jogging is the best way.I tired this way last summer,it was very effective!Those days,every morning and night,I kept it an hour with film preservation,yes, film preservation is the necessary,it will help you sweat faster and more.Losing weight must have the preseverance,but now,in winter,it's hard for me to go outside!

I tried jogging for 2 days, but it gets colder and colder, so i give up. Maybe i should try it in summer.Thank you for responding.Happy mylotting.

ok first of all try to drink as much water as u can this hepls in flushing out all the toxins.atlest 10 glasses per day or 1.5 ltrs per day second go to gym workout,play some sport.put more stress on doing things that can be physically demandind third increase ur protien intake ,little bit of carbs fourth this is the golden rule NEVER STARVE .have 6 small meals per day.start ur day wit a heavy brkfst and end wit a light dinner . fifth u shld hv dinner atleast 4 hrs bfr u go to bed try following this im sure it will work...........

I joined a free site called sparkpeople and they help you set up meal plans, create shopping lists and give you excercise ideas. I have lost 60 pounds so far with them. Its an awesome site. There are also alot of great people there who will help you make it through the ups and downs of weight loss. The most important thing is you have to believe in yourself. Good luck.

I am currently doing a low carb diet, Atkins like. It has been fairly sucessful so far. i like this diet because it is efficient and doesn't take forever to see results. The problem though is that it is a shock to the system when you start especially if you are used to eating alot of carbs.

Maybe I should also have a try. But most difficult part of me is i always give up half way.

I usually do best with a low carb diet. My preference in low carb diets is South Beach. The hard part for me is that I can't stick to that kind of diet for the long term so this time I'm going to try Bob Greene's Best Life Diet.

Jogging is a effcient way to lose weight, but it needs great perseverance. You said you always give it half way, So I suggest you look for a partner who is your friend or somebody with great determination to lose weight. You can do some sports together and encourage each other when countering some difficulties or wanting to give up. Also you have to pay much attention to the diet,try to eat less and avoid food which contain much fat, and do remember don't eat anything during night.These are advices stemming from my experience, hope they are useful for you,janet.Good luck^_^
