In fact Christmas isn't our official holiday. But it becomes much more popular today. We went out last night to feel the Christmas outside. We went home later than at usual. It's very crowded outside. I love China

Our tradition is to attend Christmas midnight mass. Our parish hold a drink to all the parishioners that attend to the mass. It is a great way to celebrate Christmas.

Oh, I miss these midnight celebrations. I don't think I can stay up later than midnight lately though. I don't know if it's a sign of getting to that age or just being really busy and getting exhausted.

yup we stay up late as well. in fact the normal time when someone leaves from a big occasion party (9pm) in christmas eve, thats when everyone comes over from other family members house then they leave between 2am-4am.....sometimes when the sun rises again. why not, its a "once in a year" thing.

I always intend to sleep early Christmas Eve because my kids wake up early Christmas morning but there always seems to be the last minuete things that need to be done. Here in Japan it is lunchtime Christmas day and I got to bed at 11 oclock last night but was awake again at 4am to do a few things. Hope you have a great Christmas. Jacks
