101 ways to use leftover turkey?

I think I am going to need at least that many recipes to be able to use up all of our leftover turkey. My family had a 20+ lbs turkey for 6 adults and 2 children. Needless to say we have many leftovers from our Christmas dinner. So far we have been eating Turkey sandwiches for breakfast, Turkey salad sandwiches at lunch, Turkey casserole, Turkey pot pie, most if not all of us are beginning to think we look like turkey's because it means so much of it. What do you do with your leftover Turkey? Are you still leading leftovers? Are you not eating anything because you're still full of turkey? Please help me to get rid of my leftover Turkey and find 101 ways to use leftover Turkey. Feel free to commiserate with me if you're feeling slightly overwhelmed by food, leftovers or Turkey. As always, all comments are appreciated.

wheel,I took the meat off my turkey and simmered them with some carrot, onions and celery. When the rest of the meat fell off the bones I pureed the vegetable and put it all in the freezer for soup later.

I've got a great soup recipe for left over turkey. It is especially useful for getting all the meat off the bones after the carving is done. If you would like it you can PM me as I think that posting the recipe here would be a violation of the guidelines.

I gave my leftover turkey to the dog but it was a bad idea because she farts a lot.
