ice skating

when did your kids learn how to ice skate. i took my daughter today for the first time this year. last year she could not even get the hang of standing up on the skates. anyway she ended up finally being able to stand and kind of walk slowly on the ice. but i saw kids about 3 just skating by her all alone. i guess practice makes perfect. i'm not the best skater either though. she likes it and wants to keep on practicing, i might make a rink in the yard so she can go out when she wants to skate

My kids have never been ice skating. I have never been either. I don't think there is anywhere around here that I could take them either. It is amazing how little some kids are when they learn certain things. Like swimming like a fish at 2 or 3.

My kids have never been ice skating. We don't live close to places that snow or even have indoor arenas. It is so sad because I grew up where you could ice skate and I used to love it.
