I thought something was strange on "The Bachelorette" when Deanna did not accept Jason's purposal. Then when they had the follow up show Jesse did not seem to be really "into" Deanna. It is all acting. Now she is showing up on "The Bachelor" to get Jason back. The shows are all really acting since Ryan and Trista.Or it was just a coincidence that they fell in love? What do you all think?

I'm on the west coast so I haven't seen the Bachelor yet. I thought that Deanna made a big mistake when she picked Jesse in the first place. I understood that she broke up with him but I agree that on the follow up show Jesse didn't seem to be in to her. The Host of the show said that people were filling Deanna's ears with hopes of a show biz career and that's why she broke up with Jesse. I think that these people think that they are in love. They're thrown together for a period of time without any interference from the outside world and let's face it, the world that they exist in is very far from reality. I think that once they get into the real world, the fascination ends quickly. Trista and Ryan are an exception but it does happen. Rob and Amber from Survivor. I think that a couple from the Real World got married and there's a couple from Big Brother that are still together. But all in all quite rare.

I was shocked too when she picked Jesse.I was sure she was going to marry Jason.I agree, how can someone really fall in love and know for sure that is a for real life long commitment that fast. I didn't mean to spoil it for the west cost people. When do you get it there? I thought you all just got it at a different time then we did.I live on the east coast. I don't watch the other reality shows except for "Dancing With the Stars".I never really watched "The Bachelor" or "The Bachelorette" till last season when Deanna was on.Except for a few times with Trista and Ryan.

Don't worry about spoiling it for me. It gave me something to look forward to. Wouldn't you know that they'd show it at the last minute. We get the Bachelor here at 9 pacific so when we're watching, it would be midnight on the east coast. I'm a reality show fanatic. I love Survivor and Amazing Race. Don't know how I got hooked into the Bachelor, but hooked I am. I forgot about two other couples who met on the Biggest Loser and ended up married as well. Seem though that those on the Bachelor/Bachelorette seem to have a lot less luck!

I think the show is so stupid...why do these wealthy, hunky, gorgous well to do, "perfect" men, need a show like this to find a wife? Other than making any money they really don't need as they are already well do do - seems to me they are rather demoralizing themselves. However, since the only women they choose to be on this show is gorgous, perfect shaped, perfect body, perfect face - total perfection to view (meaning their personalities are often trash, but we dont' see that until later in the show!) women, no wonder none of them ever get married, they are all so self righteious, they can't stand each other! The show is so phony and stupid. I'd say maybe if they'd put some normal, average looking women in there and a normal average looking and finanacially average bachalor in there, they might score some marriages! I heard there was a twist and they said a secret person was going to show up, and the voice of a woman saying "I didn't know they were going to bring her back" HER back... what do you want to bet it is that Deanna from the previous Bachalor that she was to choose between this guy and that Jesse guy and she chose Jesse instead of this guy and they are bringing her back to this show! If so, what a looser she is to come back as all it says about her is that she choose one, he didn't want her so she'll go back and try to get the one she turned down. You know, settle for second place. And if he does anything other than give every other girl a rose but her... he deserves to be demeaned! I'm not watching the show. I never do, just the previews they show is enough to know what is going on!

That's what I said that Deanna was coming back to get Jason after she dumped him.Now her and Jesse are broke up. The woman on this show are not financially wealthy and some have not been married. The people have jobs that are not big paying jobs.Like there are 2 or 3 woman on there that are teachers. One is a Wedding Planner, another a dental hygenist. One woman is divorced, another a widow and Jason was married for 7 years and then divorced. Iam not saying that the show is not all acting, that was my point of this discussion. Thanks for your opinion.

Oh, no, I didn't mean the women were. Most of them do have ordinary kind of jobs. I meant the men are always on the wealthy side and the women are always on the "over gorgous" side.

I'm not sure. I used to watch it all of the time and used to like it alot. I stopped watching it when the one guy led all of the girls on and did not choose any of them in the end.

I watched the show tonight, and also found it interesting that Deanna is going to be on the show too. They sure are changing some things up on the show this year, as it was a bit different tonight with the rose going to the one that they thought was going to be voted out.
