I bought a spaghetti squash the other day because I wanted to add some variety to the vegetables I have been eating. I have been looking online for recipes and they all seem to say the same thing. Cook the squash and add sauce. So I am going to saute some onions, spinach, tomatoes in a little olive oil and toss them together with the squash. Wish me luck!

I've eaten it with spaghetti type sauce, but prefer it with just butter and salt. It's really good that way!

My family also likes spaghetti squash but I have never tried to use it with a spaghetti sauce. we like it it with just butter and salt and pepper. I guess I should be ventersome and try it with some sauce.

sure, luvbrown, i do wish you the best of luck there is in this whole wide world. i am sure though that the squash will taste good. that's how it is always being cooked, right? so there is no way at all that you can go wrong. happy eating!

I simply love Spaghetti Squash, yummy! I'm not a fancy cook, and it's only for me, so I just kind of bake it with lots of butter in the oven. Your sounds really good, I might try it one day since I like everything you have just mentioned. Good Luck!
