How long have you been on the Internet

I remember my first log in on the internet way back May 1997. Its my first time to see what the internet was all about. I was very excited that time. My firstsite I visited was that of a pr0n site :-). I was just curious about the link which I found on a magazine. Never thought that was a pr0n site.:-). How about you mylotters when was the first time in the internet.

I've been online since 1998 when I was looking for advice about playing guitar. I found a guitar forum that I've been posting at ever since and have made some very dear friends there.

Same here, i started using internet on '97. first site i logged on to was nba.com. it was the only site that was on my mind. i can't forget that day. hehehe

About seven years ago. At first I didn't want a thing to do with a computer..but both of my daughters were moving with their families to Europe and convinced me that I should have one to stay in touch better.....I was very scared at first....but once I got on the internet man I have actually all but quit watching television! I am on the web all the time!

I have been using internet from 2006 only and it was of dial up connection. I was very much excited when I got the internet even though the connection is slow because I am the first in my friend to get internet connection. And my first site is bsnl (my dial up service provider) page to do last registration.

I was about a year before you, and I was excited too. I found a website showing a view of the earth from space, and I tried to phone my son to tell him what I was looking at, but then I remembered I was on dialup and so my line was busy :-)
I used to chat at TalkCity dot com, when it was quite small. I loved it and found friends there I still remember although I've now lost contact with them. It got bigger and nastier though and so I left it...
