Winter Weather Woes

We had ice here in central Arkansas last night. The kids are out of school today and hubby and I are both staying home. They are expecting more precipitation this afternoon. I had a doctor appointment for 9am today that I will have to reschedule. I'm really not complaining, here I am on mylot when I would usually be going to work now. Anyone else affected by the winter weather?

I was supposed to have gone to a doctor's appointment on Jan 5th to get a cast removed.....and it snowed. I finally got the cast of 2 weeks later. I am presently trying to get back in to see the doctor, the cast was removed at the hospital near me. And so far the weather isn't cooperating. I live in the northeast. So the next good weather day.........I'll be going to the doctor's office and they can just work me in! lol My doctor is 45 miles northeast of me, and they usually get more snow than we do. Have fun on your day off.

Glad you at least finally got the cast off. I've never had to wear one, but hear it is uncomforable.

I live in GA so the only complaint that I have is that it is cold. We dont get winter weather in central GA but it would be nice to get snow like once or twice a year. Like that will ever happen.
