Well, I don't have nearly that many channels, but I too sometimes cannot find anything on television to watch and I end up watching something stupid like The Simpsons.

OMG I have been watching the simpsons like crazy. It is the only thing on that I haven't already seen or just refuse to watch, like americal idol or next top model. I do watch when I'm desperate but man, I just wish they would get some better programming. At least if they're going to repeat things so much they need to repeat good stuff!

This is one of the main reasons that we don't have cable anymore. We were paying $70 a month for expanded cable and only watched 3 channels. Such a waste!! Now we save the money and watch our shows online. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

I've run into that on occasion, usually on Sundays. Thankfully I have a fairly decent DVD and videotape collection to fill in the gaps between the programs I watch. I even have a cycling workout tape containing footage of lots of nice scenery to use with my stationary bike.

Oh Sundays are by far the worst day of all. There is absolutely nothing on here on sundays. If it tells you anything, I have been watching smokey and the bandit 2 on Sundays for a while!

It's generally fest or famine. There is either too much to keep up with, or nothing at all on. This is when we end up catching shows on Discovery, National Geographic, etc. But right now, I am catching a blast from the past - 16 Candles. LOL.

Yeah there are times when I'm watching something and recording two shows at once and then it just stops. Once I get through all of my recordings there's nothing on tv to watch and I've went through all I have. Then I just flip constantly and end up watching Calliou or Kipper the Dog with the kids. How fun!
