So what's your processor at this present? I'm currently using Interl Dual Core 2.0.. I'm planning to upgrade though to Quad Core but I dont know when. I'm still satisifed with Dual Core performance..

I'm still using Intel Pentium 4 1.7Ghz. It's pretty old. I still don't have the cash for some major upgrade. If i need to change my processor, i need to change the ram and motherboard as well including the graphic card. So it's like buying a new computer.

Pentium 4 1.7Ghz is one decent performer. I had it once , i used it for almost 3 years and i never faced any issue with it. I do not think you need to buy a whole new macine , just upgrade your RAM and you would be all set for a while. Take care.

I am currently on a Dell. I always go with Dell's because I can have the system custom made for me. Since I am an analyst I like to have things just the way that I want them and Dell allow me to have it my way. So my whole family has Dell computers.

I have an amd sempron 3000+ 1,6ghZ ...it is pretty old but it works ok. I realised after years of upgrading the pc,so i could play the latest games, that it doesn't worth it.Gaming consoles are for games :)).

Mine is Core 2 du 2.4Mhz and it is good enough . It is very powerful and allows many applications open and run at the same time without any problem. Core Quad is even faster one but it is quite expensive. It would be good to have this but not until its price comes down.
