For me, it would be a message from a special friend. I haven't talked to her in weeks and I miss her. She has not been replying.:(

Hmm.. Mine is like yours. A call from my dad. He's out of the country and he hasn't called in a month now.

Must it be only one thing? I want my husband, who has been falsely accused, to come home from prison. I want to get my health back. I want to have those research papers grade themselves because I'm getting so tired of doing it, but my students need them back ...and a bucket of money!

I'd wait for her to get back to you. You don't want to stalk her. Maybe she is busy right now and means no harm whatsoever. Give her the benefit of the doubt, wait patiently. And if you still don't hear from her, maybe she is requesting a bit of distance, for whatever reason. Give her her time. And just know that some people are placed in our lives by a Sovereign, all-knowing God for a season and for a reason. Sometimes they are placed there for life. Like me and my wife, for instance. I went through a time of trying to contact my best man at my wedding, who moved to California. But he moved, closed his email account, and changed his cell phone number. It has been since June 2007. I don't think I did anything to tick him off. But he reserves the right to make a clean break with his past, and to have his privacy respected. I am not saying that is what your friend is doing, I don't know either you or your friend. All I am saying is to play this one by ear, and be ready to accept whatever. OK? Keep us posted. I would be very happy if the doctor could figure out what is wrong w/my knee! Two weeks ago at work I started getting horrible pains (a combination between stabbing and burning) in my knee, from there it radiates through out the rest of my leg. So before my doctor will order an MRI to see if i torn cartlidge, he wants me to do physical therapy. I think physical therapy is only going to cause more injury. But I am not a doctor, so I cannot say for sure. I would be extremely happy if the doctor could figure out whyI am in so much pain, and could fix the problem!
