Oh yes Bohol is indeed a nice tourist destination. especially like looking at the chocolate hills and wondering how they came into existence, even man made or natural creations and what is under all of those hills. i sometimes imagine they are the droppings of a giant or giants. But also try the Banaue rice terraces, which is a monument to the indomitable spirit of the Ifugaos of which i am a member. These are definitely man made and really look like giant staircases reaching to the sky.

The Philippines indeed has a lot of very nice places to go to. I'd really love to be able to travel in other places here in our country. I would be probably be able to afford it as soon as I have my own business hehe. As of now, I need to stick going to the malls with my family.

Yep, Bohol is one of the greatest. The floating restaurant is nice but it you really want some action, try the extreme adventure in Danao, Bohol. If you like exotic food, try the Bee Farm in Panglao. If you have some extra money, stay at the Panglao Island Nature Resort. They spa there is simply amazing and the they have this lovely infinity pool which lead directly to the beach. The food there is simply great. And when I mean great, I really mean GREAT! The food at the floating restaurant is simply no match for what they have in Panglao. In a scale of 1-10, I'll give the floating restaurant a 4 and 10 for Panglao.

Hello there! I'm so glad that you love to visit my province! I myself being a Bol-anon would really never get tired of viewing those scenic spots because they're just amazing! Just inform me if your plans of going there will push thru because I have a vehicle for hire (Mitsubishi Adventure), you might be interested. Good luck in your summer plans. As for us, we might just be staying home this summer because we're right now constructing our house.

Bohol sounds quite interesting Dong. Many tourists, foreign and even locals are really looking forward to seeing this place. I've not experienced that floating restaurant there. That could really be so enjoyable! Maybe when my schedules are not this tight anymore, I could go and visit that place.

Hi there Dong! Well, I would also suggest visiting Aklan. For the famous white sand beach of Boracay and now, also the beaches of Jawili. One of the best beach resorts there is The Wassenaar Beach Resort in my unbiased opinion and another place to visit there is the seven-basin fall of Jawili.

Bohol is a very nice place though I've never been there. I promised hubby we'll go there soon. Anyway, our family has plans to go to Subic this April and we're bringing our 1-year old daughter to the beach for the very first time. I hope she likes the beach. One more place I'd like to go to is Palawan. Maybe when my daughter is older, we can go there as a family. But for now, Subic is nearer and easier to go to. So, that's where we are going. Have a nice summer!

For me, i wanted to tour Palawan, Pearl Farm in Davao, Boracay Beach and Sagada Mountain in the Philippines. We have the best tourist spot in the world because we cater to different nationalities with ease and we have the establishments needed or suited for tourist's needs. Although i don't recommend them to go far south or they will be abducted by the Abus' heheh!

you should go to BOHOL! I loved the place so much. The food at the floating restaurant is also great and it's buffet! I always travel via PAL's tour packages. They are inexpensive and so far I never had a problem with their travel arrangements.
