I just love Indian food! I just got two cookbooks, one is 660 Curries and the other is American Masala. We eat at Taj Mahal a few times a month. They have a nice buffet at lunch so you can get to try a number of different dishes. During lent there is a masala with fish on Fridays. One of my favorites is made with eggplant. There is a recipe in the American Masala book for a tomato chutney that looks really good. I'm hoping to get to try it soon.

I love lots of foods, I'm a real food person. My favorites follow: chocolate, sushi, BBQ, collard greens, baked mac and cheese, cheesecake, and ice cream (especially Ben and Jerry's Cool Britannia, which doesn't exist anymore- sadly).

My favorites would be... Pizza, steak, peaches, strawberries, salads, some persian dishes that I have no idea how to spell (:P)... does chocolate count? I need chocolate, and "need" isn't an understatement at some points in time... turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes (all the thanksgiving foods)... tiramisu, beef ribs, french toast, cereal (so ordinary, but I love it), turkey corn dogs, fried chicken, baked beans, ice cream, pumpkin pie ;) I'll be kicking myself when I remember something else that I should have added to this list, but I'll stop there.... I'm getting too hungry :X

Love chocolate, cheesecake, sushi and all sorts of other things but the one food I absolutely positively cannot live without is potatoes. I LOVE potatoes. I eat potates for breakfast (hashbrowns!) lunch or dinner and snacking in between. Unfortunately, they aren't as good for you as say broccoli or leafy greans but they sure taste good. Any kind of potatoes, except potato salad. I just don't like it. I can eat cold french fries but I can not abide potato salad at all. Modern science believes there is something in potatoes that makes them addictive. French fries are even better with melted cheese on top! Yum! Speaking of cheese...

McDonald's definitely has the best fast food fries. The ones at BK are like pieces parts reformed and then fried. Ok, but a little weird in texture. Of course steak fries are good, particularly the ones with the peel still on them. Fries made from fresh potatoes are better than the ones that are precooked and flashfrozen. Houston's restaurant also has pretty good fries. I like the seasoned ones though down here the battered ones are pretty popular (Rally's and Popeyes).
