I suddenly have an idea and I want to see whether different people will have different requirements for the ideal weight. Supposed there is a woman who is aged 33 years old. Her height is 163cm. What is her ideal weight in your opinion?

Well, if you must know, there is a way to calculate it. Just use the ideal BMI and do a reverse calculation from there. It is very easy to do it. You can find a chart of all the different weights and calculation here -- http://www.brianmac.co.uk/idealw.htm

Isn't it too light? Perhaps I understand why you say yourself is "fat"

I'm just about that age. And, for me, the ideal weight would be around 135 pounds. I was that weight during my twenties and had few health problems. But after having my baby my weight went up drastically and I've struggled ever since, not being able to lose weight. My legs hurt sometimes because of the added weight. I hope to exercise more soon. I have been as low as 115 pounds, but that was during my teens when I skipped meals and exercised an hour or more daily. I was often light headed and that was very unpleasant and unhealthy. Weight requirements vary per individual. Hopefully every woman can find a happy weight that makes her feel beautiful!

I think taking care of a family is already an efficient way to lose weights

I think 75Kg is enough for a boy like me with 178cm in height, though I am 82.5Kg in weight recently. I think I am too fat, and I want to lose my weight, 75KG is my perfect number.

Hello youless. I think that fifty five kilos is an ideal weight for her if she is 163cm. What do you think?

I agree with you. Every time when we heard some girls say that they think they are fat and want to lose some weigh, but actually they are not fat at all. Given that situation, 55-60KG is acceptable to me. After all, to be healthy is the most important.

It depends upon her bone structure. The charts would say 115-120 lbs but she could weigh more than this if she has big bones.

Your guess is correct. It's me. But my weight is 45 kgs. I also think pulling more weights for me will be better. 50-55 kgs shall be a suitable weight for me.
